Aztec
An ancient empire
Trade
Aztecs had a lot to traded, so they traded about everything they owned. Trading was a very important part of their life so they did it often. Trading also kept tje society moving and pushing forward so it wouldn't callapse. The Aztecs were unlike most empires. The actually had a sort of "money" so they traded their money for a good instead of a good for a good. (This so called "money" is beans and sometimes other things).
Aztecs didn't often trade with people outside of their land. If they did it was because they needed raw materials and other goods that were not found in the area they live in. Most of their trade was limited to two market places and neighboring areas to their empire.
Things that were sold consisted of pots, dishes, leather goods, shoes, baskets, rabbits, birds, dogs, fish, turkey, proteins, and lots of sorts of crops. All these items were mostly sold by farmers and craftsmen.
